This page is a template. Replace it with your own policy before you go live. What follows is a structure, not legal advice, and it has not been checked against the law that applies to you. Adapt it, and consult a lawyer in your jurisdiction before you publish it.
What this site collects
This site is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics by default.
If you send an enquiry, the form passes what you typed — your dates, the number of guests, your email address and your message — to the service the site owner has connected it to. Name that service here, and say where it stores the message and for how long.
What the house collects
Say what you keep when someone stays: booking details, card authorization, identity documents where the law requires them, and how long each is kept.
Who else sees it
List every third party: your form service, your booking engine, your hosting provider, your payment processor. If you added a booking engine embed, it can set its own cookies, and that belongs here.
Your rights and how to use them
Say who to write to, at which address, and how quickly you answer.
